Nebraska Partnership Against the Trafficking of Humans
The Nebraska Partnership Against the Trafficking of Humans (PATH) connects individuals and organizations across the state to build a coordinated, caring, and respectful response to human trafficking informed by the needs of survivors and the effects of trauma and stress.
Who Are We
Nebraska PATH is a collaborative network of organizations working together to prevent trafficking, support survivors, and strengthen systems. Our organizing team includes representatives from:
- Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence
- Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers
- Nebraska Children and Families Foundation
- Heartland Housing Sanctuary
- CHI Health
- Project Harmony
- Nebraska Tribes Addressing Violence
- Women’s Center for Advancement
Our Values
Survivor Leadership
Survivors bring essential knowledge and insight into the realities of trafficking. Their leadership is foundational to any effective response. Nebraska PATH supports survivor leadership at every level of anti-trafficking work.
Collaboration and Shared Learning
No single agency can meet the diverse needs of survivors. Through shared learning, mutual support, and strong partnerships, we aim to build a robust statewide network that enhances services, addresses root causes, and prevents future harm.
Safety and Equity
Nebraska PATH works to address risk factors for human trafficking—such as lack of access to housing, healthcare, and other basic needs—by promoting policies and programs that build a safer, more equitable Nebraska for all.
What We Do
We promote shared standards and practices that reflect the best and emerging strategies in survivor support. Nebraska PATH endorses the Standards of Practice to Support Victims/Survivors of Trafficking and incorporates these guidelines into statewide training, education, and resource-sharing efforts.
