Limited English Proficiency Plan

Individuals who do not speak English as their primary language and who have a limited ability to read, speak, write, or understand English can be limited English proficient, or "LEP."  These individuals may be entitled to language assistance with respect to receiving services.  We are committed to providing an interpreter or document translation to individuals whose primary language is not English, and have difficulty communicating effectively due to this.  The Nebraska Coalition values the ability of individuals to have meaningful access to services.
