Job Summary:
The Grants and Contracts Manager is a member of the Coalition Administrative Team and reports to the Executive Director. This is a newly created position that will support federal and local grants received by the Coalition and provide oversight on the writing, submission, and reporting for those funds. This position will also support budgets and work being conducted by consultants within Coalition contracts.
This position will work closely with the Finance Manager, Executive Director and other Coalition Project Directors to ensure Coalition value alignment in grant projects and consultants, while also ensuring timelines and requirements of funding sources are met. They may also provide technical assistance and support to the network of Coalition member programs. As this is a new position, a portion of the work upon hiring will include building a framework for management of grants and contracts and will require high organization skills.
This work requires a strong anti-oppression framework, incorporating primary prevention strategies, equity, and social change into all efforts and projects. BIPOC survivors, LGBTQ+ survivors, and survivors who have experienced other intersectional forms of violence are strongly encouraged to apply.

Interview Process:
The Coalition will review your resume within 30 days of receiving it. If we are interested in your resume, we will contact you to schedule a 30–45 minute screening interview. If you are selected for a second interview and choose to continue in the application process, the Coalition will contact you within two weeks of the screening interview to schedule a second interview. We are searching for the right candidate for this position, so this position will remain open until filled. The idea start date for this position is ASAP, but we are flexible on this timeline.
